Good morning!

We would just like to say a really big thank you for your help online and over the phone in January which enabled us to receive the correct parts for a second hand above ground pool we were putting up.

Not having owned a pool before we were a little unsure of the exact products we needed, especially when it came to the liner and how to measure it correctly. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name.

I spoke to on the phone, but her advice was very helpful and the parts we received were all correct and delivered very quickly. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and buy again from you in the future.

Please accept my apologies for not contacting you earlier: time just flies on a farm! I wanted to thank you very much for the excellent tank liner that you made for us a few months back.

The old leaking tank caused headaches for years and, being in drought, storing water has been one of our most important challenges. The liner you provided proved easy to install in our old cement tank, and has completely transformed the situation. I find myself happily looking up at the tank indicator to see the levels rising, not falling each day. What a relief!
